I feel very fortunate to have found Rod to be my trainer.  I was not in good shape and had only worked with someone once very briefly in my entire life. 

His depth and breath of knowledge is amazing.  I have unique problems in a variety of areas and, right from the beginning, he knew exactly what exercises and cardio activities would be best for me.  As we worked together, he knew how to move me up the ladder of more effort and activity so I would continue to build myself up.  He knows dozens of ways to work on any area of the body, always selecting the ones that are right for me.  My sense is that so often trainers have very few years of real experience.  Rod, on the other hand, has been involved in training and development for many, many years and that is a great asset for anyone working with him.
